RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Maryam Rani is dedicated to providing exceptional service and operates with a no-return, no-exchange policy. Customers must report any quality issues within 7 days of delivery to our Quality Department, which may offer an exchange or store credit for significant faults. Original condition and proof of purchase are required for exchanges. Changes to orders are accepted within 48 hours, and cancellations within 24 hours, excluding unstitched articles. Sale items, ready-to-ship, and altered products are not eligible for return or exchange. Customers are responsible for customs duties if applicable.
